When students achieve 3 Blue Progression Gems and 3 Red Retention Gems within a week (click here to see how students can earn these gems), they enter the Hall of Fame for that week.
The Hall of Fame displays different students across five windows to encourage and motivate learners. The first window shows buddies from the same class/school, while the second window can include buddies from anywhere in the world, as well as home subscription students. The middle window displays the student who owns the account. The fourth window shows students from the same country and school, and the fifth window displays students from around the world.
The goal is for students to collect both 3 Blue Progression Gems and 3 Red Retention Gems each week, showing they are learning new content and reinforcing foundational knowledge. To encourage consistency, motivation, and engagement, the more weeks students appear in the Hall of Fame, the better their crown.
