The Students tab is the second tab that is found in the menu. This tab shows you which student(s) you have on your subscription plan. The page will show you which of your children are active and which ones are inactive.
The most common reason for an inactive account is an expired credit card. If this is the case, please go to 'billing' and enter your new payment information to reactivate the subscription.
If your child received their account through their school and the account is now inactive, contact your child’s classroom teacher for information about the school’s license and account allocation.
Clicking on the arrow beside your child’s name takes you to a page where you can edit their details, and do other administrative duties.
We recommend a child uses between 45-60 minutes in tutor per week a minimum in Tutor mode. This is covering new learning objectives. However, do ensure your child does not ‘burn out’. To ensure long term regular usage we do recommend setting a usage cap.
You can reset an assessment on your Parent Dashboard anytime. We recommend the assessment is reset at least once a year.
