The Students tab is the second tab in the menu. If you have a home subscription, this tab displays the student(s) on your subscription plan. If you have a subscription through a school, it shows your 'Linked Students.' The page will indicate which of your children are active and which ones are inactive.
The most common reason for an inactive account is an expired credit card. If this is the case, please go to 'My Account' in the menu, update your payment information, and then reactivate the account.
If your child received their account through their school and the account is now inactive, contact your child’s classroom teacher for information about the school’s licence and account allocation.
You can also cancel your subscription to prevent automatic renewal by clicking on 'Cancel Subscription' under the name of the student whose subscription you would like to cancel.
Clicking on the arrow beside your child’s name takes you to a page where you can view their details. If you have a home subscription, you can also edit their details and perform other administrative tasks.
We recommend a child uses between 45-60 minutes in tutor per week a minimum in Tutor mode. This is covering new learning objectives. However, do ensure your child does not ‘burn out’. To ensure long term regular usage we do recommend setting a usage cap.
You can reset an assessment on your Parent Account anytime. We recommend the assessment is reset at least once a year.
