As a parent, you have access to the Parent Dashboard through two different options: 


  1. A Home Subscription - which makes you the primary owner of the account(s).

  2. A School Subscription - which does not make you the primary owner of the account(s). If this is the case, and you would like to make any changes, please contact your child’s school. 


With a school subscription, you have limitations on what you can and cannot do. You will not be able to do the following:


  1. Change your child's details e.g full name and date of birth

  2. Change your child's password

  3. Reset your child's assessment 

  4. Set a usage cap for your child.
