This section of the home page tracks what is happening 'this week' in the selected class. You also have the option to adjust the time period to one of the following:
- Last 7 days
- Since a particular day
- Just today
When you select a time period, you can enable the Update every minute toggle to automatically update the page. You can then display the report on the board so students can see their Cluedo pieces move as they achieve more Usage and Progressions.
The distribution lines provide a visual representation of student performance, and hovering over the Cluedo pieces displays each student's name. You can click 'Full Details' to view the data in a table format. Additionally, you can send messages of celebration or encouragement by clicking on the message tab.
Help Who might need your help?
This section shows specific students who could potentially benefit from teacher intervention. If a student falls into any of the criteria below, the potential barriers are shown (Note: if there are no students, nothing will be shown).
- Failing the same lesson at least twice
- Good usage but not making 3 Progressions (>30 mins of Usage and <3 Progressions)
- Not passing a high Proportion of their recent lessons (didn't pass at least four of the last ten lessons)
- Being Reassessed
- Taking much longer than average to complete lessons (typically spending 50% longer than the average time completing lessons)
By clicking the (i) icon, you can view detailed explanations for each category.
When you expand each list, a list of students will be highlighted.
Clicking on a student's name will load the Lesson History panel, which displays their past lessons in Tutor. You can use this data to create tailored strategies for supporting the student's learning journey or play the lesson to review it with the student.
In the ‘Being Reassessed’ category, the percentage of the reassessment that the student has completed is shown.
