The student’s eight week history is represented by the orange bar in the student status page. The bar provides an insight into the student’s overall history over the past eight weeks - each hexagon represents a week.
If the hexagon is filled with a gem, then the student has received three (or more) progressions for that week. The number in the middle shows how many progressions the student has received that week. A student who earns three (or more) gems per week for eight weeks will move up a status.
