The student’s eight-week history is represented by the orange bar on the student status page. The bar provides an insight into the student’s overall history over the past eight weeks - each hexagon represents a week.
If the hexagon is filled with a gem, then the student has received three (or more) progressions for that week. The number in the middle shows how many progressions the student has received that week.
A student’s status is determined by the total number of gems earned over an eight-week period. Each week, if a student earns three or more progressions, they receive one gem for that week. The total number of gems accumulated over the eight weeks determines their status level.
